(www...........'s) server DNS address could not be found. I get this error trying to access some websites e.g. gumtree.com.au or if i google something and the first few links are paid ads then i get the same error if i click on them. I have tried DNS changer and set to 8.8.4.4 and 8.8.8.8...

I tried all of this and even tried setting a password in heilum and dev settings but still no luck. Looks like ill either have to root the s8 (trying to aviod it), or give up on my old app data annoyingly as some apps i have dragged data across multiple phones for upto the last 5 years. Surely...

Helium wont work for me either keep getting the desktop password error even though password is set to blank. Have tried removing lock screen and turning off private mode.

I am also trying to transfer my app data from my rooted s6. Helium wont work, smart switch wont transfer app data. Has anyone found a way of doing it without rooting their s8?

I cant seem to get 4.1 to work eveytime i flash from stock 6.01 I get bootloop and then straight to recovery. G925i flash stock 6.0.1 then tarp 13, then factory reset, wipe cache dalvik system etc. Then flash keeping without changing kernel. Install says successful but then it will either...

Thanks this worked G925I 5.1.1 Baseband G925IDVU3DOL2. Followed all steps but to get TWRP to flash i had to reboot phone and odin a few times.

I want to root my S6 EDGE running stock 5.1.1 DOL2. Is it possible to do and what method if so? I dont mind tripping KNOX.
