Same deal here. Awaiting Twilight from EE (which is potentially due next week some time) but have a feeling it'll be getting returned and swapped for a Pixel 3. Huawei's response has not been good and the fact they are seemingly using LG panels for Europe which are known to be terrible isnt good...

most definitely not fixed! Direct Dial still not working in Apex launcher. Issue reported to them well over a week ago and have received the odd useless email response from them. Not at all impressed with their "customer service"

Same issue here (on my second handset - had the same issue on first handset though phone was returned for another fault). Not restricted to navigation though - just using maps with satellite turned on results in screen spazzing out after a few minutes and after exiting and restarting it happens...
