What's the class of the SD your using, and did you try internal storage?

I bet it's based on approval date, because some people from same submission numbers with different statuses. I believe it will be in batches though as well... like the first 10000 approval statuses get shipped one day, and the next 10000 after that. That would decrease shipping mixups maybe.
