I thought so but I couldn't get it to connect using adb commands. The instruction link is broken so I probably am doing something wrong. Just wanted make sure before I spent more time on it.

So is this not working on non rooted devices? I just got a Sprint s7 edge and then found out that I can't root it and want to change my IU settings. I'm still running Marshmallow with a binary of 2 because I haven't taken the updates yet.
