And you're using Windows 8.1 right? I just tried that, did a system restore to before I had any drivers whatsoever installed...then installed the latest HTC Sync. The adb drivers work fine but as soon as I reboot into the bootloader I get the same USB enumeration error and fastboot doesn't work...

Dude, that looks amazing. My issue is that it seems to modify the Juopunutbear ICS HBOOT and not the Stock HBOOT. I'm not sure it will work. Does anyone know if I'm reading that right?

Whoa whoa, question. If a phone has a stock bootloader...will this program not be able to modify the text in the stock HBOOT? Will that result in a brick? This would be very important to know.

The RUU works but keeps the bootloader status as "Re Locked" instead of "locked" .. I have been told flashing the zip resets this as well.

Haha its cool. She actually already has the replacement. I don't think it's a huge issue but if they want to be jerks they can see that the bootloader had once been unlocked when she sends the old phone back. I highly doubt it will be an issue, but its always difficult to know. Thanks...
