Yeah other device can find asus but asus can't

clean install doesn't make any difference . and as per goes the ftp connection the result is that the ftp works great. but the only issue is when i use my device (asus) to find another device in tcp servers. can't find other devices connected to the same network and have their tcp server started.

I had used the tcp server via my hotspot to send file. A device connected to my hotspot is being detected but when i connect to my router and search for file it can't be find. It will show that there is no tcp servers found or it will go into an endless loading screen :( But the same mixplorer...

The issue is over sending any file on the same network to another phone by tcp server. My phone can't detect any tcp server but other phone can detect me and send files. Log file is attached. Device using asus zenfone max pro m1 (OREO 8.1.0) CAN'T SEND FILE OVER TCP SERVER.
