Because it doesn't protect from scratches, tho you have a point at shattering, The scratches on the back of my phone are really awful and I think another anti shatter film could do a better job and if it gets scratches you can replace it

Fresh install... I dont have this issue and I doubt someone else has it... it must be an installation issue

At least the last 3 versions of gravity box work fine with this rom, my phone is running the latest gravity box without issues!
