Hi I flashed this rom yesterday also flashed gapps but when I want to use clock I get this error : unfortunately clock has stopped what should I do ?- ronin63

Hi I have 2 questions : 1 . For flashing recovery mods do I need to root my device ? 2 . If the answer 1 is no if I install recovery mods will my device be updated wia samsung update server ? thanks- ronin63
