    Thanks it worked, i did the same thing but didnt rebooted the device. There is this another issue and it is a big issue. The phone doesn't charge to full 100%, it just stops at 74. Lockscreen info shows charging slowly and after a bit the current is at 0.0a. The device still shows charging...

    I am not able to update Google Chrome. It is stuck at installing for hours and doesn't get updated. Others apps update without any issue.

    In netflix, settings show L3(widewine) so I am not able to stream HD content but on amazon prime full HD works fine. How do I fix this issue?

    I was on stock miui 10. Now i am on havocOS 9.0 and i want to switch to pe10. Do i have to flash the firmware that is mentioned in the instructions?

    Yeah, MIUI worked fine. I have flashed twrp as well and currently I am on Havoc OS 9.0. Will flash the ROM after a while. Don't want to get stuck again at the moment.

    Yes, I formatted the data not once but like 20 times, did all these steps again and again but same issue. Just flashed stock MIUI 10 using ubuntu. I am currently on orangefox recovery. Should I use TWRP?

    I did perform the factory reset but when the device boots up, it says enrcyption unsuccessful. please do a factory reset. This is what I did the first time -wipe cache/dalvik cache/data/system -format data(type yes) -flash firmware 10.3.7 -flash rom -gapps after device boots up, it says...

    Followed the instructions in given in the op but i am getting encryption error. Flashed DFE but it is still there. Can some1 please tell me how to fix this?

    Trying to install the latest update(dirty flash) but getting error 7. I am on OrangeFox recovery (latest). Any idea how to fix this? Should i do a clean flash?
