Post Stack Override file?
Sure, sk1tch. Credit goes to @parker.stephens. I found he shared a link in his post here on page 54 of this thread to his MediaFire share which has the Otter2 files. Additionally, I've also since read that Hashcode's same stack file is used for the KF 2nd Gen / KF HD 7" (2012) / KF HD 8.9"...- rtw819

Post Stack Override file?
I finally found the Otter2 (Kindle Fire 2nd Gen.) stack file via a link that became active again from another post. The stack file's MD5 hash appears to be 3CEE2B7F3233FC3A1E10373677B8C1A9 if it helps anyone in the future. Thanks!- rtw819
