This may not be the same problem as yours but I do get this from time to time, I find if you tap the screen to keep it 'awake' and/or leave it a bit and try again the lock screen eventually shows. seems something is causing the phone to lag so badly it takes an age for the screen to show

Thne only bug I have found so far is the power widget 'toggle sound' button doesnt work correctly, it starts at sound only, i press it once and it switches to sound + vibrate but it wont toggle any further thru the options?

This is a different issue I think, some do hear the ringtone but its not playing correctly, lags and stutters (I had this problem) you seem to loose access to the SD card for whatever reason, maybe mediaserver bug?
