Have you checked if it is not a hardware issue? My OP5 had an issue with the antenna a year ago and I had to open it and mess with it to make it work again.

I've been having instances of the screen randomly turning on for no apparent reason ever since OB2. Don't know if this is related to the OS or some random app that's misbehaving. Does anyone else have this issue?

Don't use those apps unless you follow what JoroBo said in the post before yours. You can only install outdated apps in bacon, and the Facebook ones are from 2015, which means they are unsecure and unoptimized for their APIs. I suggest using the Lite versions or to use the browser instead. Or...

Go to Settings -> Display -> Advanced -> Ambient Display -> Turn "Always on" Off.

I had a problem some time ago with the camera app. Apparently it crashed if you tried to take a picture and you had the shutter silenced in the settings.

Really? My Pokemon GO app stopped working on N40 ("This device, OS, or software is not compatible with Pokemon GO"). Meanwhile I updated to N41 and the problem persists.

It has nothing to do with N41. I haven't updated from N40 yet and SafetyNet isn't passing either today.

I don't know how you guys get such insane SOT, do you use any special kernel or firmware or... something? With normal usage I get maybe 3 hours SOT. If I use Pokemon GO a few minutes a day it's more like 1.5h or 2h, depends on the time the screen is on while playing. The most I got was 5h...

I can confirm it works. Don't know if it is worth it to release 14.1 to fix this.

[@14.0] I'm having the same problem with Root Switch and SUhide that was present in 12.0 and was fixed in 12.1... After disabling root in Root Switch, the phone freezes and the UI is unresponsive.

Updated SUhide version to stable. SUhide was crashing on N12 when root was disabled, and the phone froze. If you don't use Pokemon GO, Android Pay or any SafetyNet enabled application, I don't think it matters much if you use N12 or N12.1 tbh.

Tested and it works great again! :)
