Why the first 2 options are disabled?!! Device: Nexus 6p, Oreo 8.1 beta. No root.

Using this rom for last 24 hrs, still no bug is found. Except --- 1. Camera quality is very poor 2. Downloaded camera mode is not working.

After flashing V30 wifi & mobile network working fine. I can also login into my Google account from Web but can't connect from Settings/Account/Google account.
