    Hey have a weird issue with the latest nightly. Clean flashed and no audio or 4g. This was a friends phone so I haven't diagnosed it in person.

    From what I understand we can downgrade to a earlier firmware, and root, then update with dual recovery. Can someone else confirm that flashing stock firmware is not limited by 23.1.c.0.399 The 23.1..c.0.399 only patched stagefright right?
