This question is only directed to people who had issues from day 1, please don't reply if your GPS has always been working fine. Are folks who had GPS issues with snapdragon models still continuing to have those issues? Interested in this phone but it definitely isn't worth it to me if I can't...

Is this still a problem for people? Mine definitely is always 480p when I select a new video, and I'm on a WiFi network with 170mbps download speed. It's very annoying and never carries "Auto" down to new videos.

Something I noticed recently- I used to think this thing had horrible screen on time, but it's the standby battery that really threw me off. Having the phone in my pocket and periodically checking it throughout the work day, and then using it for an hour or two at home, I'd barely get 3.5-4...

Sounds defective, I'd contact Samsung about a warranty repair.

I've noticed even since Nougat, my force touch on the home button does nothing a lot of the time. It can't be a hardware issue because the phone does vibrate when I apply pressure to it.. does anyone else have this issue? It's kind of the main reason I never hit the lower left button to hide...

Actually I did notice the other day that my Gear Sport was on standalone mode instead of Bluetooth, so I was missing texts from people. Really annoying. Samsung better address this.. going to take ages for Verizon to get the update though, I'm sure.

After the second or third week of owning my phone, my power button became loose. I just hope it doesn't end up sinking into the phone and being unusable. You have to be very careful removing and putting on cases. I'm just afraid that a warranty repair or Samsung care repair will ruin the IP68...

HTC Droid Incredible HTC Thunderbolt Galaxy Nexus Galaxy S4 LG G4 LG G5 LG V30 (then returned it in the first week...) Galaxy S8+ I like it for the most part. Don't love Bixby and the poor battery life, but otherwise it's a great phone.

Darn. Oh well, too late. Definitely not going through that nightmare again of wiping my Samsung Gear watch, calling my bank twice for Samsung pay on my watch and phone, and then going through hoops in my company to get my Android Enterprise profile working again.

Those of you who factory reset after a major update, do you restore your app settings from the google cloud, too? Does that have a potential to just reload the garbage that was negatively affecting your phone in the first place?
