Can anyone confirm if they are able to unlock the bootloader lately? I got a Amazon Moto G4 16GB and the Moto website says that bootloader cant be unlocked. I would appreciate any help.

Has anyone unlocked the boot-loader lately for 16GB Moto G4 Amazon edition? Moto tool says "Your device does not qualify for bootloader unlocking.". I even used the data scrub web tool to make sure the string is generated correctly.
