thanks for the help guys.. the reset button method is not working anymore that is why I do the shorting pin method+usb+power supply.. but 2 firmwares I tried same error..I tried the modified stock rom from op and the Googleremote 1081..but same error still..I think its not related to my usb...

got you thanks.. but my last resort is the pin method..pressing the reset button not working in both method.. not detected.. but now I did the pin method in usb burning tool it connects.. but unfortunately same error during flashing..
