Very Good but ....... I always soft reset the pda before I get to the car - seems to guarantee connectivity with no problems! ...Spence Used it with Eten M500, XDAIIs, XDAII and Motorola MPx220 Smartphone with lots of different GPS software.

Parrot have told me that they have no intentions of changing the display for this feature (and others!) The Eten only has a Headset Profile and no handsfree so works differently and doesn't work ...Spence

First things first, go into Start, Settings, connections, beam and take the tick out of the box. All Brodit holders use Com1 for GPS, but if you've got beam enabled then this disables it on the holder ...Spence

You need to put the ZIP folder in the root of the PDA, not the SD Card. The way I did it was to open My Computer, double-click on mobile device and put the folder there. Works for me now :D , but still have the missing keyboard problem :( ...Spence

To cut a long story short, I had a couple of data cables for Ipaq's (3800 I think) lying around and I got a complete car kit from stock, cut the cable off at the phone cradle end and soldered on the connector from the Ipaq. At the moment it looks a real mess, but it does work! Haven't played...
