Very Good but .......
I always soft reset the pda before I get to the car - seems to guarantee connectivity with no problems!

Used it with Eten M500, XDAIIs, XDAII and Motorola MPx220 Smartphone with lots of different GPS software.
Parrot have told me that they have no intentions of changing the display for this feature (and others!)
The Eten only has a Headset Profile and no handsfree so works differently and doesn't work

Mine says XDAIIs (PPC Name)
Network Ok when connected and GPS when GPS is connected
I'm waiting on Parrot to let me know how to get the other information displayed.

I work for the importers of Brodit into the UK - we can't supply you (trade only) but www.incardiscount.co.uk will do next day delivery for you!
If you speak to them, they might be able to do something different to get all devices connected and working without a Y cable - give them a call...
First things first, go into Start, Settings, connections, beam and take the tick out of the box.
All Brodit holders use Com1 for GPS, but if you've got beam enabled then this disables it on the holder

Re: Traffic Cams...how do I set them up?
Really quick and dirty but .....
get the ov2 files of the camera type you want (find the speed camera download on http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/modules.php?name=Downloads )
Put the files into the same directory as the maps on your SD card
In TT5, tap...

You need to put the ZIP folder in the root of the PDA, not the SD Card.
The way I did it was to open My Computer, double-click on mobile device and put the folder there.
Works for me now :D , but still have the missing keyboard problem :(

To cut a long story short, I had a couple of data cables for Ipaq's (3800 I think) lying around and I got a complete car kit from stock, cut the cable off at the phone cradle end and soldered on the connector from the Ipaq.
At the moment it looks a real mess, but it does work!
Haven't played...
The other added goodie that I can put into some vehicles is a thing called an intellimute - made and designed by my company!
Linked in with the stereo, it will mute the stereo when it senses audio not just when in a call hence the Nav audio as well.
This might be useful to you - but you will...
