In order to clarify more, Do i have to rename "Optical Reader DB Installer.apk" to "com.sec.android.app.ocr2.dbinstaller-2.apk" before moving it to data/app ?

Thanks for the reply.. But I'm a bit confused here.. After I flashed the file in recovery I checked with the root explorer.. system/app - contains SamsungOCR2.apk But, data/app - does NOT contain com.sec.android.app.ocr2.dbinstaller-2.apk So.. any ideas how I can fix this error ??

But I couldn't find any folder named optical reader. Tried flashing & rebooting. Still couldn't install it.
