can I flash it over custom rom (i have 4.3 project x) and i have TWRP recovery is it ok to flash ? Oh i thought this is the 4.4.2 rom :) its the firmware thats why its 21+ MB

hi everyone .. I have C spire Galaxy S3 (similar to sprint) 4.3 ...I manage to get text and talk I tried evey trick on the book to get the internet to work no success i have a donor phone and I pulled the keys from it tried DFS and QPST i cant get the internet to work ...internet setting not...
