Yes, My mistake the bootloader and modem were struck at 4.3 even after the firmware downgraded to 4.1.1. So I again updated it to 4.3 and restored a qcn file i found online and it resolved my issue.- sampath9dasari

Thread BASEBAND UNKNOWN, IMEI UNKNOWN, NETWORK UNKNOWN, No backup of efs
I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 AT&T (I747) phone, when I tried to install android 4.3 Stock ROM which I downloaded from a 3rd party website I Baseband, IMEI and lot others became UNKNOWN . After a lot of googling i found out it could be because of the efs folder. But I didn't have any back up of it...- sampath9dasari
