    Hi there, I just bought a 1GB/8GB/2,100 TrueSmart, which will not detect any MicroSIM though it's been inserted the correct way as shown within the manual. It is mechanically accepted by the slot as mentioned with that soft click. All other positions won't lead to this proper position inside...

    have you gotten any answers on this issue. I have just purchased a smart mate to get me used to it before i am sent the new kick start sometime in march / april 2016. My sim is inserted and all greyed out as well. I am willing to pay for help
