For me this happens only in the FHD+ resolution and if I set it to anything above 469, it'll mess up the fingerprint reader scanning. Also, noticed that the numpad for PIN unlock because awfully large. I've reported the bug. Anyone have the 9.5.4 update yet? See if it's fixed?

If all you need is a convenient way to open your notification shade, a swipe down on the home screen(OnePlus Launcher) does the trick.

I agree. But this does give me the impression that hiding the notch was a feature implemented at the last minute and that shows in the lack of UX that it provides. Hopefully it can be improved with future updates.

I might be nitpicking here and this is more a UX thing but when you hide the notch and use the phone, the corners of the bezel on the top aren't as curved as the one at the bottom. Although, a third party app would probably fix that (temporarily) but I'm not really ok giving a third party app...

Had the same issue. Go to Settings-> Personalization-> Miscellaneous. Turn off "MTP instead of charging". Android Auto should work then.

Anyway to move the clock to the center? Tried K clock With substratum. Doesn't seem to have the option. Edit: Nvm. Found it in k clock.
