The problem still exists with b31, if you have two NG devices with the same address it can cause problems with pairing with for example hands free set in the car. I have exactly this problem that I cant pair two devices with the same address ... @Roman - will the be a fix for this in the...

It is working now- I think I messed up something with the ROM voltages settings.... resetet, flashed kernel and it is stable now :-)
