hey there, you need to restore your persist partition, that will solve the issue. Also, try re-flashing the firmware first, if doesn't work, then last option would be to restore persist. I don't think fastboot stock miui would help but you can try as a last resort. Even if it doesn't work...

I think you messed yp with your persist partition. If you have any nandroid backup. then restore the persist partition. Fp will start working.
