Are you sure you installed the proper recovery for your device model? There are different recoveries for the v500 and v510 versions as well as the other models discussed in this forum as all gpads are mixed together you need to be very careful. Sent from my LG-V510 using Tapatalk

You can boot twrp from fastboot and flash either 4.4.4 or 5.0 back onto your tablet. Look at the thread in Android development for more details on flashing the stock images using twrp
