Ever find out about this? I've been using my OP7T with AT&T for a few weeks and once in awhile have this same issue twice now. Nothing you do restores it, but it finally starts working on it's own.

Dumb question. Is there a way to tell what build of your recovery I have installed? The flash screen always just shows the main TWRP (3.2.3.0) version.

Either flash a rom that uses the Theme Chooser engine (I'm running Task650's JB on my AT&T s3). There are a TON of themes available for it. I've also never tried it, but I've heard others talking about an app called Omega Statusbar. Maybe that will help. I agree, I hate the stock status...
