So i said that if i make calls i can send the sms ..i tried to get the settings i got them and worked but same problems with sending i also tried the factory reset several times nothing as well tnx for suggestions if you have more i will be pleased to try them all.

Have you tried my solution ? making calls in those 10 minutes ? i need to make like 3 of them to successfully send a sms. Ps. And i believe that all sms that i recive are delayed 20 30 minutes.
