Hmm actually i did try at a friends place with my charger + cable and with his note 10.1 charger + cable with no difference. So its prob something with my note 2 usb hub. Maybe contacts are a bit dirty but i dont know how i would fix that. About the audio i have my music on the extSD aswell...

That did the trick. Guess there was something wrong with the Installation since it seemed like the Kernel wasnt installed so i flashed devil Kernel. Maybe there was some Problem with selinux then? Anyway can someone suggest a Kernel with Power Management settings? I need the option to ignore...

No I flashed bootloader mj5. No need for a wifi patch then. Wifi patch is only for earlier bootloader versions. If you had no wifi with mj5 then you should check the md5 checksum of your downloaded rom and also do a full wipe before flashing. Sent from my GT-N7100 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
