Does the new Stock update (1.2) allow for apps other than the ones B&N offers to be installed. Maybe like the ones in Android Market, Dropbox backups and Amazon App Market? Or are you stuck with what they have? Thanks in advance.

I have been having small issues with my nook, nothing huge. I just would rather not have to set the screen timeout everytime I turn it on. And small issuses with softkeys.
