Yes unroot is mostly needed if you rooted with SuperSU With magisk you can hide root for apps but with SuperSU you need to unroot because Snapchat will look for both. It will look for root and for Xposed. I have tested in myself

I don't really know. Search the Android Wear app setting maybe you find something. I think if you cancel it once then it won't appear. Maybe you can disable Android Wear message in the Android Wear app on your phone or something. I really don't know because mine is on Android Wear version 2.0...

Why you need root? If your bootloader is unlocked its all set. Root is stupid on an watch because you cant do anything with it i think. Just follow the steps and it all good because it is an original file and it has the lastest security update of 5.1. But watch it. The watch will eventually say...
