One reason to stick with "nexus" devices is your getting upgrades for longer in software. I Dont flash the homebrew stuff on forums but I enjoy flashing google's official builds early like for example the promise of android 4.1 for our device.

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone on this forum is awesome for posting this information, I had the OTA pop up the other day for 2.3.4 and my phone still had 2.3.2 for whatever reason and would error out during the ota update. Downloaded the Full rom update, flashed it. Done. Great thread...

Ya even back in day G1 and mytouch CM rom's you had to flash em separate, nothing new really. And probably why you never liked his rom's cause u never flashed the apps also lol.

Well I know ur sad about it, But in order for stuff to be changed its gotta cost samsung money that all these phones r coming back. I mean its a shame, but maybe you still have a old android phone to hold ya over?
