FIXED!! I guess it was the EFS. I couldn't do it through ADB, but I did it from the terminal in TWRP (After I reflashed TWRP recovery onto the phone) and followed the commands after I found it by searching the forums for repairing EFS, and it worked.... Thank you sooo much!
