In my case, I had "use.dedicated.device.for.VoIP" but it was set to ture, and VOIP didn't work... Later I noticed that string name starts with small letter "u". When I changed it to Use.dedicated.device.forVoIP=true it worked perfectly.... Thanks for the fix! :)

Well, I tried to auto hide nav. bar, but auto hide is not usable for more reasons, at least on my phone. When nav is hidden, themer works fine, but some stock apps crash on start up. Such as phone, contacts, gallery etc. When I unhide it, it cange screen height at 886 so, themer crashes.
