turn off phone and reinsert your battery and it will read correct

the one i got has virgin branding on startup and on the home panel. i have tried my serial number on htc site but it wont let me download.

hi everyone does anybody have a stock rom for virgin mobile. i want to try roms but dont want to lose my warranty so i need the original virgin mobile rom. i appreciate any help you can give. thankyou
