I'm having this exact issue. Only way to turn off Bluetooth is to reboot the phone. It's killing me because I use Bluetooth with 90% of my calls.

I'm sorry. There is a different wallpaper used on page 1 for LABEL ORANGE UPDATE 29-08-2012. In that wallpaper, there are words that say "The Villian is You"and "Humanity has raped my soul" among others. That is the wallpaper I was referring too. Pardon me for not being clear.
