The cog actually spins under your finger, use a stylus or something that will allow you to see the cog whilst you press it.

I am not sure what it specific to my device, but flashing 20 loses root. Flash test 20 get root back. 16 and 17 did the same thing. Device isn't crashing, just lose root. I can flash every su I can find, no dice. I just have to flash back to 15 before, and know just flash test 20 and I get it...
