I can backup anyway as I can access my phone on my PC through recovery, but still. I asked some days ago if I can just flash over version 9.5 and they said it works.. Backing up stuff sure is a hassle, but I guess I have no other choice :/

I haven't used any kernels this time. Just simply flashed the ROM. Just tried flashing 9.9 now. Same thing. Now my phone isn't working at all. What should I do?

So I tried updating from 9.4 or 9.5, can't remember to 10 and it doesn't boot. After the android logo it boots me back to recovery. What I've done was : factory reset in twrp recovery then flash the rom, but it didn't work. Then I wiped data,system, dalvik and cache, flashed the rom and it still...

Do I still have to go through all that if I already have Oreo to update to 8.1? Can I just wipe data and flash the rom?

So I came from nougat and formatted data and kept my phone encrypted. If I want all the features from the aroma installer, do I just have to dirty flash the rom again? Or do I have to be decrypted to get all the features and root?

Does this mean that the internal memory will be entirely wiped if I'm upgrading from nougat to oreo?

One question : I have 3.5 installed, is it alright to dirty flash the new 4.0 version?
