Hi Kwenteen, Did you get "unknown baseband" after flashing some ROM? If yes, try flashing KitKat ROM first and then see if you get baseband. I'm suspecting the flashing process didn't go well.

Agree with you on your comments... I had a Z ultra which was very smooth, fast and snappy. I got D850 from my brother and it was very slow even there was a stutter when opening the app drawer. I unlocked BL, rooted and installed MM for international version on D850 and it is much better. Still...

I just bought a nexus 6p, I'm wondering whether I need to flash a custom ROM. Do you guys see any difference in performance between stock and custom ROM (like pure Nexus). I flashed pure Nexus on my nexus 9 and could see great deal of improvement in performance. Can I expect similar performance...

I feel a scratch guard is definitely needed. I got a tempered protector in a nearby shop for 200rs. I bought my 6p from poorvika mobiles for 40.5k for the 64gb model on valentines day. Couldn't find a better deal on internet.

If your bootloader is unlocked X-Reality wont work. You will be able to toggle the switch but there wont be any visible difference in picture quality

Nope... X-Reality switch doesn't do anything on this ROM. Once you've unlocked your bootloader, x-reality will stop working

After flashing Elementalx, my tab battery was at 44% I charged for about 20mins. Battery level moved to only 46%. Then I flashed fire/ice and booted and my battery was 65%. May be the tablet is charging as usual but only the value shown is incorrect. Also one thing that I noted is on antutu 6...

I tried flashing latest Elementalx kernel, seems the issue is still there. Will flash fire-ice kernel next.

Try downloading the latest nightly from official downloads page. I too had issues with WiFi on older versions. Sent from my Xperia Z Ultra C6802
