then do a recovery from pc or bootloader

after backup try wiping internal memory and system and cache amd data then try the custom rom it worked for me

when i did mine i downloaded the ROOT-HUAWEI-P9.zip/extract then used part 1 to install twrp from bootloader then boot to recovery wipe data cache system go back to the extracted zip file and use part 3 to reinstall stock recovery then check to see if you have dload folder with UPDATE.APP in...

I tried flashing several rom into my p9 but nothing really processed good as the stock... are there any replacement or app to substitute the stock camera? or are there any known ported apps that works? thanks in advance!!

different firmware?? probably wrong type of firmware... there are several types of firmware for L09 two in particular I messed around... since I was in your shoe too... one was B136 and the other was i think B165 try installing another firmware
