    "Disable device identifier restrictions" seems broken, it always enabled even when it turned off. Some app that need to read IMEI still can get the device IMEI even when I turn it off.

    I had the problem too, solved by not optimizing boeffla config in battery optimization. I have greenify, xposed and supersu installed, then I install the kernel.
