Yep my md5 starts with a 398e and looks nothing like what you have up there. I downloaded with my computer like I did with V1 and moved it over via USB. Funny thing is V1 won't install either and it is the same file I used to flash it originally.

Did you use titanium backup to restore your apps? If so, have you had any issues with apps that are on your sd card when the phone boots up? Also, can you access the programming menu? (##778)
