Turned out there was no keyboard app at all in work profile! Connected a physical USB keyboard, went to Play Store and installed one. Now everything works as expected.

I cannot do that each time. Anyway I will see if I can use it to login to Google services and if that fixes issues.

The keyboards do not pop-up. I can see a cursor in the text field but no way to bring up the actual keyboard.

I have updated to Android 10. Today I tried using work profile to install Amazon Prime separate from main profile. But it seems I am unable to launch keyboard even for Google sign-in. How to solve this?

In my Sony Xperia XZ1 I enjoy perfectly working soft screen lock with working fingerprint unlock using Screen Lock On-Off Button by Prahallad. But Greenify complains that it is not given enough time to work before phone locks. But in the Zenphone 5Z the same app keeps the screen awake...

The app was recently updated on Google Play. There has not been any official activity here after the initial one or two posts. So the app is being actively developed and promoted on Google Play. But there is no reaponse here. Hence your suspicion that this was only a promotion might be...
