It's been asked a million times in multiple threads. Its called mp-decison, switch to inteliplug If it bugs you. Mp-decision basically goes to 113400 when you touch the screen. Undervolting will save you no battery life, but people love that placebo effect.

Wipe your phone and return to stock. Flash your ROM and don't use google now. But honestly you probably just need to put your phone down.
