You have to look at the "Home Button" settings. This means fingerprint sensor for for the Moto Z ;) Just enable "customize" and choose the gesture and action for the fingerprint sensor.

You can have look at the app "Button Mapper". Works fine for me https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=flar2.homebutton&hl=de I am using it to lock the device with a double tap on the fingerprint sensor. But it is also possible to lock the device with a long press on the fingerprint sensor.

Will the custom rom version of this kernel work for AOKP?
