    And the console mode give us real 1080p output outside of movie playback. So we can play all Android games in 1080p or use Shield as small PC with 1080p output. Damn, the future for this kind of devices looks very bright now.

    You can use other Apps like Splashtop HD. But there is no way to use nVidia' streaming service.

    Tried your Kernel. So far so good. And the reason why you see such a inconsistent performance level is because nVidia has different CPU clocks for the Core usage: 1 Thread - Max Clock (1912MHz or with your Kernel) 2 Thread - Max Clock (1810 - 1912MHz) 4 Thread - Max Clock (1420 MHz) /edit...

    I think this depends on your graphics card. I tested Tomb Raider with a Titan card and i got 100FPS without vsync... :silly:

    The only way to shutdown the tablet is to let the battery die. And then make a RMA for it. :crying:
