Post Marshmallow & Nougat (AOSP/CM/Lineage) for Nook HD/HD+ (& Tablet)

I'm sorry if this has been addressed before, I searched, but didn't seem to find anything. I've been having this issue where my battery dies super fast. I did a little test a while back. I charged it, left it on in airplane mode and didn't touch it for the entire time. The battery lasted 3 weeks...

Post Cant mount ECCM and lost internal recovery?

Great news! Luckily the rom was still intact. I was able to run a "factory reset" and that fixed the emmc mount problem. The CWM recovery was still installed too and it booted into Marshmallow like I had before! At this point, can I install a different resident recovery utility? I dont see why...

So what do you suggest? Try to flash to CWM recovery and hope it fixes the mounting emmc problem?

Thread Cant mount ECCM and lost internal recovery?

The other day i took my HD+. I havent used it for two years, and had been running the hybrid boot from the sd card, which was awesome! Well, I wiped the SD card and wiped the tablet. So essentially it was stock. I formatted a new microSD card with verygreens recovery, booted it, flashed the rom...

Thread [Q] Flash custom rom without computer?

Hey guys. So I bought an HTC One X (AT&T) on craigslist for a great deal (it had a broken screen hence the "great deal"). Anyways, I thought it would be a neat little project to fix, so I did. Along the way though, I found other items that were broken. One of them is the USB port. It charges...

Post [ROOT] Framaroot, a one-click apk to root some devices

HTC One X (AT&T) version not working? Maybe? So I tried the Gandalf exploit. It tells me that it was successful, but I believe that it is lying to my face! ;) Anyways, I used version 1.4.1 on accident, then uninstalled it and used 1.6.1 Both told be that it was successful and the SU binaries...

Post HTC One X - Unknown Device - No Hardware ID

So, and I'm just wondering here... All I want to connect to PC for is to root my phone. Would it be at all possible to splice open a micro USB cable and connect them to the pogo ports on the back? I don't know a lot about the pogo ports, but there are 5, so it makes me wonder if HTC implemented...

Post HTC One X - Unknown Device - No Hardware ID

I don't think the USB port itself can be defective, its probably the soldering that wasn't done correctly. I assume the the prongs that handle the data weren't soldered all the way. But im in no way an electrical engineer so I totally could have been making that up. Im gonna open it up later...

I have an AT&T HTC One X that charges fine, but I cannot sync it with the computer. I've uninstalled and deleted all the old HTC Drivers, I installed the HTC Sync Manager, and still no luck. When I try to resolve the conflict, I go to Harware info and I get USB\UNKNOWN. When it connects to...
