To be sure in future you check if the official app has been updated. Twisted has said unless it's a major update (like 2.x to 3.0) there shouldn't be an issue

Are you on PS4 firmware 3.0? If you are, I have no solutions, other people here have gotten it to work with NVidia Shield TV. Might be the version of Android you're using? IDK

Are you using the playstation app to do this? If so, you should use the remote play app NOT the playstation app.
