The VZW__001 is the default CID, you're supposed to replace that with 11111111, which is the superCID,in the hex editor not add it on the end. You could save yourself alot of trouble by using the automated script. Sent from my ADR6410LVW using xda app-developers app

I had the same issue. Both cwm and twrp would only wipe but not install. I got the Rom to install by flashing infernal kernal http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=39831357 first. It also contains the boot.IMG then flashed viperlte. I also verified md5's to before and after...
