I tried to install play store from apk mirror but it says app not installed. So if micro g fools the system that the device has play services why doesnt gmail work- Spectre 005

I followed this link: https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/general/gapps-guidetutorial-microg-t3771483/amp/ But I installed nanodroid the thread and you said but didn't work. Gmail crashes. In micro g settings it says to add google account even though I added one. Help please...- Spectre 005
